You may use My Compiler for learning, practice, testing and developing small programs, for personal or educational purposes. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not: run malware, mining software or code intended to harm others; attack, scan or overload our systems or the sandbox; try to escape the sandbox or access other users' data; send spam or illegal content; bypass limits; or automate requests in a way that degrades the service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the code you write, run and save and for keeping your account credentials secure. Keep your own backups and do not enter confidential data. You must comply with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
My Compiler, its design and source code are owned by us or our licensors. You keep full ownership of the code you write. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to operate the service for you. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that results are correct, or that saved code will never be lost.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero for the free service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Baku, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.
