How to Learn Programming with an Online Compiler

An online compiler lets you write and run code in the browser, so you can start learning without installing editors, compilers or interpreters. That removes the biggest barrier for most beginners.

Pick one language, such as Python or JavaScript, and practise a little every day. Start with printing text, then move through variables, conditions, loops and functions. Run each example, change one thing and watch what happens.

When you hit an error, read the message and the line number before changing anything. Small experiments teach more than copying long programs. Keep your finished snippets by downloading them or saving them to your account.
